ROCK SHOP is operated by Owen and Shelley Rockley (together, “we”, “us”). This site is a private listing of second-hand household goods and is not a commercial business. Our contact email is rockshopteam@gmail.com.

We collect personal information only when you:
- Make a purchase — name, email address, shipping address, and billing details. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe and is never seen or stored by us.
- Subscribe to updates — email address and optional first name.
- Contact us — name, email address, phone number (optional), and any message you send.
How we use your information
- To process and fulfil your order
- To send order confirmations and shipping updates
- To send new-item notifications, if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To respond to enquiries you send us
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Payments
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment card data on our systems. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Email communications
If you subscribe to new-item notifications, we will send you an email when new items are listed. Every notification email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly to be removed.
Data retention
Order records are retained for a minimum of five years for accounting purposes. Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at rockshopteam@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
