Private sale

ROCK SHOP is a private listing of second-hand household goods by Owen and Shelley Rockley. Sales through this site are private disposals of personal-use items and are not made in the course of a business or commercial enterprise. Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees do not apply to private sales of this kind.

All sales are final

Items are sold in their described, pre-owned condition. We encourage you to review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing, and to contact us with any questions before you buy.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

When we will consider a refund

We will consider a refund or resolution where an item is significantly and materially different from how it was described or photographed — for example, if a major defect was not disclosed.

In this case, please contact us at rockshopteam@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order reference and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where an item was materially misdescribed. If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post or the relevant carrier.
