About this site

ROCK SHOP (rockshop.rockley.au) is operated by Owen and Shelley Rockley for the private sale of second-hand household goods. This site is not a retail business and is not operated in the course of an enterprise. No GST is charged on any sale.

By using this site and making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Condition of goods

All items are second-hand and sold in pre-owned condition. We describe and photograph each item honestly and to the best of our ability. Minor wear consistent with normal household use should be expected and may not be individually noted.

If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please contact us — we are happy to provide additional photographs or details.

Purchases and payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Each listing is for a single item. Once payment is confirmed, the item is reserved for you. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Fulfilment

Items are fulfilled by either local pickup/drop-off or Australia Post, depending on the option available for the item. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch within two business days of payment.

Returns and refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, all sales are final except where an item is materially misdescribed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Owen and Shelley Rockley are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or the purchase of any item. Our total liability in any case is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
